| October 9, 2009 Dear BES Families, As you may know, the Vermont Department of Health has been working with the Vermont Department of Education to encourage and support schools in hosting H1N1 Vaccination Clinics for students. Bristol Elementary School will host a clinic in the upcoming months. We are working with the Department of Health to choose dates and work out the details. In the meantime, please look over the information carefully by clicking on the links below. Your child may receive the vaccine here at school on the date (or dates) that we will announce next week. This is completely optional and the consent form must be returned to school if you choose to have your child participate. Please read the information provided and let us know if you have any questions.
